Sketchy, Slow & Sure

Heavy Water- Foals

Well, if it isn't the familiar backlog! I haven't been entirely fit for proper post construction lately thanks to a heightened erraticness in my Internet usage timetable. Also, the days have been dosed with a little more sloth, and that has put a halt to many things. I feel quite pathetic. You know I'm sorry.

Scroll for some updates, a little rough around the edges, but hopefully enough.

1) 27 March 2010
Tante Aida had a birthday played to the familiar beat of family fanfare and good food.

At these gatherings, everyone kind of floats in and out of everyone else's conversations. Seamlessly. And always with a plate of food in hand. It really should be an official form of therapy.

2) 26 March 2011
Attended NP Voice's Amore concert at NAFA last month with Isky and Ievan. There was a reunion kind of air in the distance because the two boys haven't been talking for a while (The Petty Cold War, that's what I'm calling it) and NP Voices was just the convenient factor to force them both in the same row of seats to talk things out. There was hugging involved too. How very nice.

But of course, we should remain un-steered away from the main superstar of the night, Ann Gie!

Ievan being Ievan.

During the intermission, Ievan pulled out a couple pieces of paper from his bag that had scrawly kiddy writing on it. He explained that his seven year old brother, Deny, is quite the heartstealer when it comes to organizing little scavenger hunts for his elder brother.

SO ADORABLE ♥_____♥

Deny is also very skilled at apologies:

This^ one was when he told on Ievan to his mother about an inappropriate (open for definition) top Ievan had bought. Needless to say, not even family can escape the Wrath of the Fabulous.

And here are two of my favourite boys freshly made up and all huggy:

3) I have a couple more updates to do, but I'll leave that for tomorrow. My brain can only handle so much demand and facts about Oriental Small-Clawed Otters at one time. Meanwhile, here's Betty Draper, who has butt-shoved Joan off the Iffah's-Favourite-Mad-Men-Character-Of-The-Week throne with this beauty:

GOOD GOD, THAT IS GLORIOUS.
